Meet your Guide, Jose Alejandro
I created IMPACT because I live this work.
For years, I measured my worth by output, achievement, and income. On paper, I was successful. Inside, I was disconnected. My purpose felt heavy. My relationships strained under the weight of my ambition.
When I stopped chasing and started listening, I saw what was missing: clarity, capacity, and conviction.
Through years of training in men’s work, somatic experiencing, trauma-informed coaching, leadership, and rites of passage, I developed a framework to help men expand their leadership without losing integrity.
My role isn’t to motivate you.
