Meet your Guide, Jose Alejandro
I created IMPACT because I live it.
For years, I measured my worth by how much I could produce, how many people I could serve, how far I could push myself. On paper, I was successful, but inside, I was disconnected. My purpose felt heavy. My relationships strained under the weight of my ambition. My leadership was driven by pressure, not presence (and as I right this I am at another threshold of this lesson).
When I finally stopped chasing and started listening, I saw what was really missing. Clarity. Capacity. Conviction.
That became my initiation.
Through years of deep training in men’s work, trauma-informed therapies, somatic experiencing, leadership, embodiment, and rites of passage, I built a framework that helps men create aligned success, deepen relationships, and amplify impact without sacrificing integrity.

Expect to commit 2–3 hours per week between the live calls, embodiment practices, and integration work. This initiation is designed to meet you where you are—and challenge you to stretch beyond it. The more presence you bring, the deeper it goes.
IMPACT is fully live. You’ll train alongside José and a group of 20 men in real time. Each session builds momentum and accountability inside a powerful brotherhood that keeps you focused, grounded, and in action.
