Hey! I'm Jose Alejandro
For years I measured my worth by output, achievement, and income. On paper I was successful. Inside I was disconnected, my purpose felt heavy, my relationships strained under the weight of my ambition. When I stopped chasing and started listening, I found what was missing: clarity, capacity, and conviction. That search led me through years of training in men’s work, somatic experiencing, trauma-informed coaching, leadership, and wilderness rites of passage.
I am a master certified coach, embodiment teacher, business consultant, and wilderness rite of passage guide. I’ve spent close to a decade working with purpose-driven men helping them cultivate the clarity, capacity, and conviction to amplify their impact and income without losing themselves in the process. My work weaves psychology, somatic practice, initiatory experience, and practical business strategy. I don’t help men add more to their plate. I help them become the man who can hold what they’re building.

IMPACT is built around coaching, not content. Each week focuses on one pillar of the IMPACT Method™, live, with real-time coaching, somatic practices, and direct feedback. Teaching supports the process. Coaching drives the transformation. You are expected to show up, participate honestly, and do the work between calls.
No. IMPACT is built for men who are already leading, whether that’s in a business, a team, a family, a community, or a mission you’re carrying. If you have a business, there’s a dedicated workbook to apply this work directly to your offer and revenue. If you don’t, the core work, clarity, capacity, conviction, connection, consistency, applies just as directly to how you lead your life.
This is exactly who IMPACT is for. Financial success and personal alignment don’t always arrive together and many men in this room are already winning on paper while still feeling the gap somewhere else: in their marriage, their presence, their integrity, their capacity to be fully seen. The work goes wherever your actual edge is. We don’t assume the business is the problem just because it’s the most visible part of your life.
Plan for 90 minutes on the live call each Monday at 5pm EST, plus 2–3 hours for integration assignments, practices, and community engagement. No. IMPACT is leadership development, not clinical treatment. We use somatic and nervous system tools because they’re effective for embodied change — but this is coaching and initiation, not therapy. If you’re navigating trauma that needs clinical support, we’ll be honest with you about that too.
