Hey brother,
My name is Jose Alejandro.
I am a master certified men’s life & leadership coach, business consultant and rite of passage guide.
I specialize in helping impact-driven men grow their business while deepening their relationships by increasing their capacity to lead and love.
Through my individual work and as the Co-Founder of Modern Renaissance Man, a movement empowering self-led men to master themselves and create the life they love, I have guided thousands of men in cultivate healthy relationships, optimize their well-being, increase income, and deepen their purpose and impact.
I have practiced, apprenticed and trained with world-renowned teachers in masculine embodiment, leadership mastery, relational intimacy, men’s work and rite of passages. My approach bridges personal experience with professional expertise, drawing from my background in leadership and organizational development, trauma-informed coaching, somatic experiencing, ancestral wisdom and wilderness initiations.
